Egg Bhurji Thepla Roll
Ingredients
- • 2 whole wheat Thepla (ready-to-cook)
- • 4 large eggs
- • 1 small onion, finely chopped
- • 1 green chili, chopped
- • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- • Salt to taste
Cooking Steps

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan on the gas stove.

Sauté onion and chili until soft, add spices.

Crack eggs into the pan and scramble quickly until cooked.

Warm the Thepla on the stove.

Place the egg bhurji in the center of the Theplas and roll tightly.

Ingredients
- • 2 hard-boiled eggs (pressure cooked for 3 mins)
- • 1 cup fresh cilantro
- • 3 tsp cloves garlic
- • 1 tsp lemon juice
- • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
Cooking Steps

Place peeled boiled eggs, cilantro, garlic, lemon juice, and cumin in the blender.

Pulse until a coarse, thick chutney consistency is achieved.
