Chicken Korma
Ingredients
- • 500g chicken, cut into pieces
- • 1 large onion, sliced
- • 2 tomatoes, pureed
- • 1/2 cup yogurt
- • 1/4 cup cashews, soaked
- • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- • 1 tsp garam masala
- • 1 tsp coriander powder
- • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- • 2 tbsp oil
- • Salt to taste
- • Fresh cilantro for garnish
Cooking Steps

Heat oil in a pot and sauté onions until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.

Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.

Add tomato puree, yogurt, cashews paste, garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through and gravy thickens.

- • 1 tbsp oil
- • 1 tsp soy sauce
- • 1/2 tsp ginger, minced

- • Salt and pepper to taste
