Vegetable Korma
Ingredients
- • 200 g Mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, peas)
- • 100 ml Coconut milk
- • 50 g Onion, finely chopped
- • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
- • 1 tsp Garam masala
- • 1 tbsp Oil
- • 100 ml Water
Cooking Steps

Heat oil in a pressure cooker and sauté onions and ginger-garlic paste.

Add vegetables, turmeric, and garam masala; sauté for 3 minutes.

Add water, close the lid, and pressure cook for 1 whistle.

Release pressure, stir in coconut milk, and simmer for 2 minutes.

Ingredients
- • 250 g Cooked chickpeas
- • 1 tsp Red chili powder
- • 1 tsp Coriander powder
- • 0.5 tsp Cumin seeds
- • 1 tbsp Oil
- • 1 tbsp Fresh cilantro
Cooking Steps

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds until they splutter.

Add chickpeas, chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.

Sauté for 5-7 minutes until spices coat the chickpeas well.
