Senegalese Yassa Chicken Stew
Ingredients
- • 800 g Chicken thighs
- • 500 g (4 large) Onions sliced
- • 100 ml Lemon juice
- • 30 ml Olive oil
- • 10 g Dijon mustard
- • 1 tsp Salt
- • 1 tsp Black pepper
Cooking Steps

Marinate chicken with lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper.

Sear chicken in pressure cooker with oil until browned.

Remove chicken.

Sauté onions in same pot until caramelized.

Return chicken to pot.

Pressure cook for 15 minutes.

Release steam and reduce sauce until thick.
