Ingredients
- • 100 g Toor dal
- • 150 g Mixed vegetables (carrot, drumstick, radish)
- • 20 g Tamarind paste
- • 2 tsp Sambar powder
- • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
- • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- • 5 g Curry leaves
Cooking Steps

Pressure cook the toor dal with turmeric until soft.

In a separate pot, boil chopped vegetables in water with tamarind paste and sambar powder for 10 minutes.

Combine the cooked dal with the vegetables and simmer for 5 minutes.

Heat a small pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves for tempering, then pour over the sambar.

Ingredients
- • 100 g Fresh grated coconut
- • 20 g Roasted chana dal
- • 1 tsp Green chili
- • 50 ml Water
Cooking Steps

Place coconut, roasted chana dal, and chili in a blender.
