Rajasthani Ker Sangri
Ingredients
- • 150 g Dried Ker and Sangri beans
- • 500 ml Water
- • 2 tbsp Mustard oil
- • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
- • 1 tsp Red chili powder
- • 2 tbsp Dry mango powder
- • 0.5 tsp Salt
Cooking Steps

Soak beans in water for 8 hours.

Pressure cook soaked beans for 3 whistles.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds.

Add cooked beans and all spices.

Sauté for 5 minutes until flavors meld.
