Pithas-style Odia Ghugni

Ingredients

  • 250 g Dried Yellow Peas
  • 500 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Salt

Cooking Steps

Pressure cook peas with water and salt for 15 minutes.

Mash some peas for consistency.
