Paneer Makhani with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 250 g Paneer
  • 300 g (3 medium) Tomato
  • 50 g Cashews
  • 30 ml Cream
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 15 ml Oil

Cooking Steps

Boil tomatoes and cashews, then blend in a blender until smooth.

Heat oil in the pressure cooker, add ginger-garlic paste and sauté.

Add the tomato-cashew puree and spices, cooking until oil separates.

Add paneer cubes and cream, then simmer for 10 minutes.
