Paneer Butter Masala

Ingredients

  • 250g Paneer cubes
  • 200g Tomato puree
  • 50g Onion paste
  • 30ml Fresh cream
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Kasuri methi
  • 20g Butter

Cooking Steps

Sauté onion paste and ginger-garlic paste in a pan until golden.

Add tomato puree, chili powder, and salt; cook until oil separates.

Use a blender to process the gravy for a smooth, velvety texture.

Return to pan, add butter and cream, simmer for 5 minutes.

Fold in paneer cubes and kasuri methi; cook for another 3 minutes.
