Odia-style Dalsma Rice
Ingredients
- • 200 g Basmati rice
- • 100 g Pumpkin cubes
- • 50 g Toor dal
- • 2 tbsp Ghee
- • 0.5 tsp Cumin seeds
- • 500 ml Water
Cooking Steps

Wash rice and dal thoroughly.

Add rice, dal, pumpkin, and water to pressure cooker.

Add cumin and ghee.

Pressure cook for three whistles.

Fluff and serve immediately.

Ingredients
- • 400 g Beef sirloin thinly sliced
- • 30 g Bamboo shoot strips
- • 2 units Bhut Jolokia paste
- • 1 tsp Salt
- • 10 ml Mustard oil
Cooking Steps

Heat mustard oil in pan until smoking.

Add beef slices and sear on high heat.
