Odia Dalma with Seasonal Vegetables
Ingredients
- • 100 g Split yellow moong dal
- • 150 g Diced pumpkin
- • 100 g Chopped eggplant
- • 500 ml Water
- • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- • 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
- • 1 tsp Mustard oil
Cooking Steps

Pressure cook dal, vegetables, turmeric, and water for three whistles.

Heat mustard oil, add cumin seeds, and temper the dal mixture.

Stir in roasted cumin powder and serve hot.

Ingredients
- • 200 g Roasted gram flour
- • 50 g Finely chopped onion
- • 10 g Minced garlic
- • 1 tsp Mustard oil
- • 1 tsp Lemon juice
- • 1 pinch Salt
Cooking Steps

Mix gram flour with onion, garlic, oil, and lemon juice.
