Nagaland Fermented Bamboo Shoot Pork and Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 250 g Beef strips
  • 50 g Fermented bamboo shoot
  • 2 g Bhut Jolokia paste
  • 500 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Salt

Cooking Steps

Pressure cook beef and bamboo shoots with water for 15 minutes.

Release pressure, add chili paste and salt.

Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.

Ingredients

  • 300 g Beef, thinly sliced
  • 10 ml Mustard oil
  • 20 g Ginger paste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Cooking Steps

Heat mustard oil in pan until smoking.
