Ingredients
- • 250 g Beef strips
- • 50 g Fermented bamboo shoot
- • 2 g Bhut Jolokia paste
- • 500 ml Water
- • 1 tsp Salt
Cooking Steps

Pressure cook beef and bamboo shoots with water for 15 minutes.

Release pressure, add chili paste and salt.

Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.

- • 300 g Beef, thinly sliced
- • 10 ml Mustard oil
- • 20 g Ginger paste
- • 1 pinch Black pepper
