Moroccan Quick-Seared Lamb Tagine Style

Ingredients

  • 400 g Mutton (thinly sliced leg)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 50 g Dried apricots
  • 100 ml Vegetable stock
  • 10 g Fresh cilantro (chopped)

Cooking Steps

Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat on the stove.

Sear the thinly sliced mutton for 3-4 minutes until browned.

Add cumin, cinnamon, and paprika, stirring for 1 minute.

Pour in vegetable stock and add apricots, simmering for 5 minutes.

Finish by sprinkling with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
