Ingredients
- • 300 g Zucchini spirals
- • 150 g Fresh shiitake mushrooms
- • 15 ml Mirin
- • 15 ml White miso paste
- • 10 ml Sesame oil

Whisk miso and mirin in a small bowl.

Heat sesame oil in a pan over high heat.

Sauté shiitake mushrooms until golden.

Ingredients
- • 300 g Extra-firm tofu, cubed
- • 15 ml Soy sauce
- • 1 tsp Garlic powder
- • 15 ml Avocado oil
- • 1 pinch Smoked paprika
Cooking Steps

Pat tofu cubes dry with a paper towel.

Toss tofu with garlic powder and smoked paprika.
