Methi-Makhana Matar Korma
Ingredients
- • 100 g (2 cups) Fresh Methi leaves
- • 50 g (1 cup) Fox nuts (Makhana)
- • 150 g (1 cup) Green peas
- • 200 ml (1 cup) Cashew cream
- • 1 tsp Garam masala
- • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- • 10 ml (2 tbsp) Ghee
Cooking Steps

Toast Makhana in ghee until crisp.

Blanch Methi leaves in boiling water briefly.

Sauté peas with turmeric.

Blend cashews with water until smooth.

Combine all ingredients in pressure cooker.

Cook on low heat for one whistle.
