Ingredients
- • 250 g raw mango (peeled and grated)
- • 2 tbsp coconut oil
- • 1 tsp mustard seeds
- • 0.5 tsp turmeric powder
- • 1 tsp red chili powder
- • 100 ml water
- • 50 g grated coconut
Cooking Steps

Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add mustard seeds to crackle.

Add grated mango, turmeric, and chili powder.

Add water and cook for 1 whistle.

Stir in grated coconut and adjust salt before serving.

Hesarubele Kosambari (Moong Dal Salad)
Ingredients
- • 200 g yellow moong dal (soaked)
- • 1 small cucumber (diced)
- • 2 tbsp cilantro
- • 1 tsp lemon juice
- • 1 green chili
- • 1 tsp mustard seeds
Cooking Steps

Soak moong dal for 20 mins, then drain.

Mix soaked dal with diced cucumber, chili, and cilantro.
