Mavinkayi Chitranna (Raw Mango Rice)
Ingredients
- • 200 g Cooked Sona Masuri rice
- • 100 g Grated raw mango
- • 2 tbsp Groundnuts
- • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- • 1 tsp Urad dal
- • 2 Green chilies
- • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
- • 10 Curry leaves
- • 1 tbsp Oil
Cooking Steps

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal, and groundnuts.

Add curry leaves and slit green chilies; sauté until golden.

Add turmeric and grated mango; cook for 3 mins until soft.

Fold in cooked rice and salt; mix gently over low heat for 2 mins.

Ingredients
- • 200 g Crumbled paneer
- • 1 Onion chopped
- • 0.5 tsp Mustard seeds
- • 0.5 tsp Cumin powder
- • 1 tsp Red chili powder
- • 1 tbsp Oil
Cooking Steps

Heat oil, add mustard seeds until they pop.

Sauté onions until translucent.
