Mavinkayi Chitranna (Raw Mango Rice)

Ingredients

  • 250 g Cooked Sona Masuri Rice
  • 100 g Grated Raw Mango
  • 2 tbsp Groundnuts
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • 1 sprig Curry Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Cooking Steps

Heat oil in pan, temper mustard seeds, groundnuts, curry leaves, and chilies.

Add turmeric and grated mango, sauté for 3 mins.

Mix in cooked rice and salt, toss well and remove from heat.

Andhra Mutton Vepudu (Dry Mutton Fry)

Ingredients

  • 300 g Mutton pieces (boneless)
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Red Chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil

Cooking Steps

Pressure cook mutton with salt and water for 3 whistles.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, then drained mutton.

Add spices and sauté on high heat until dry and crispy.
