Mavinkayi Chitranna (Raw Mango Rice)
Ingredients
- • 250 g Cooked Sona Masuri Rice
- • 100 g Grated Raw Mango
- • 2 tbsp Groundnuts
- • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- • 0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
- • 2 Green Chilies
- • 1 sprig Curry Leaves
- • 1 tbsp Oil
Cooking Steps

Heat oil in pan, temper mustard seeds, groundnuts, curry leaves, and chilies.

Add turmeric and grated mango, sauté for 3 mins.

Mix in cooked rice and salt, toss well and remove from heat.

Ingredients
- • 300 g Mutton pieces (boneless)
- • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
- • 1 tsp Red Chili powder
- • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
- • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
Cooking Steps

Pressure cook mutton with salt and water for 3 whistles.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, then drained mutton.

Add spices and sauté on high heat until dry and crispy.
