Manipuri Kangshoi (Seasonal Veggie Stew)

Ingredients

  • 300 g Seasonal vegetables
  • 100 g Ngari (fermented fish paste)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 500 ml Water

Cooking Steps

Boil water in pressure cooker with vegetables and ngari.
