Manipuri Eromba with Seasonal Greens

Ingredients

  • 400 g Potatoes, peeled
  • 200 g Mixed seasonal greens
  • 20 g Fermented fish (Ngari)
  • 1 tsp Dried red chilies

Cooking Steps

Boil potatoes and greens until soft in pressure cooker.

Mash boiled ingredients in a bowl.
