Manipuri Eromba with Seasonal Greens
Ingredients
- • 400 g Potatoes, peeled
- • 200 g Mixed seasonal greens
- • 20 g Fermented fish (Ngari)
- • 1 tsp Dried red chilies
Cooking Steps

Boil potatoes and greens until soft in pressure cooker.

Mash boiled ingredients in a bowl.
