Ingredients
- • 200 g Basmati rice
- • 50 g finely chopped carrots
- • 50 g green peas
- • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- • 1 tbsp ghee
- • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Cooking Steps

Wash rice and drain thoroughly.

Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add cumin seeds.

Add vegetables and turmeric, sauté for 2 minutes.

Add rice and 400 ml water, cook for 2 whistles on medium flame.

Ingredients
- • 250 g boneless chicken cubes
- • 1 tbsp coriander leaves paste
- • 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- • 1 tbsp oil
Cooking Steps

Marinate chicken with all ingredients for 5 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan, add chicken.

Cover and cook on low heat for 8 minutes until tender.

Remove lid, sauté for 2 minutes on high heat to ensure a dry finish.
