Lucknowi Murgh Biryani Rice

Ingredients

  • 250 g Basmati rice
  • 500 ml Water
  • 1 pinch Saffron strands
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 10 ml Ghee

Cooking Steps

Soak rice for 10 minutes.

Heat ghee in pressure cooker.

Add rice, water, and saffron.

Pressure cook for one whistle.

Ingredients

  • 300 g Chicken breast cubed
  • 50 g Blended onion paste
  • 10 g Ginger garlic paste
  • 5 g Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 15 ml Oil

Cooking Steps

Heat oil in cooker.

Sauté onion and ginger-garlic paste.

Add chicken and dry spices.
