Ingredients
- • 250 g Basmati rice
- • 500 ml Water
- • 1 pinch Saffron strands
- • 1 tsp Salt
- • 10 ml Ghee

- • 300 g Chicken breast cubed
- • 50 g Blended onion paste
- • 10 g Ginger garlic paste
- • 5 g Coriander powder
- • 1 tsp Turmeric
- • 15 ml Oil
