Lemon Curry Leaf Rice

Ingredients

  • 200 g Cooked Basmati Rice
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 10 g Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Steps

Heat ghee in a pan, add mustard seeds until they crackle.

Add curry leaves, turmeric powder, and salt.

Toss in cooked rice and lemon juice, mix gently until well combined.

Chicken Vepudu (Mild Version)

Ingredients

  • 200 g Chicken breast, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.25 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 0.5 tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 10 g Finely chopped cilantro

Cooking Steps

Heat ghee in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste and sauté briefly.

Add finely diced chicken pieces, turmeric, and coriander powder.

Sauté on medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes until chicken is cooked through and dry.
