Kozhikode Pineapple Pachadi

Ingredients

  • 300 g Diced Pineapple
  • 200 ml Curd
  • 50 g Grated Coconut
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 2 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Green Chili

Cooking Steps

Boil pineapple with turmeric and water until soft.

Grind coconut, mustard seeds, and chili to paste.

Add paste and curd to pineapple. Simmer gently. Season.
