Kozhi Milagu Kari (Chettinad Pepper Chicken)

Ingredients

  • 400 g Chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  • 50 ml Coconut oil
  • 10 g Curry leaves
  • 100 g Sliced shallots

Cooking Steps

Heat coconut oil, sauté fennel seeds and shallots until golden.

Add chicken and sear until surface turns white.

Stir in pepper powder and salt, cover to cook 10 minutes.

Garnish with fresh curry leaves and serve hot.
