Kovakkai (Ivy Gourd) Pachadi with Roasted Coconut Paste
Ingredients
- • 250 g (10 pieces) Ivy Gourd, sliced
- • 50 g (1/4 cup) Grated Coconut
- • 150 g (150 ml) Thick Yogurt
- • 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- • 10 g (1 tbsp) Coconut Oil
Cooking Steps

Sauté sliced ivy gourd in coconut oil until soft.

Blend coconut and mustard seeds into a fine paste.

Combine sautéed gourd with coconut paste.

Stir in yogurt and turmeric.
