Ingredients
- • 300 g Beef, cubed
- • 20 ml Coconut oil
- • 5 g Curry leaves
- • 10 g Ginger-garlic paste
- • 2 tsp Black pepper powder
- • 1 tsp Fennel seeds
Cooking Steps

Pressure cook beef with salt, turmeric, and 50 ml water for 10 minutes.

Heat coconut oil in a pan, sauté ginger-garlic and curry leaves.

Add cooked beef, pepper, and fennel; roast until dark brown and dry.

Ingredients
- • 200 g Hard-boiled eggs
- • 100 g Sliced shallots
- • 50 g Tomato, chopped
- • 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
- • 0.5 tsp Garam masala
- • 15 ml Coconut oil
Cooking Steps

Sauté shallots in coconut oil until golden.
