Ingredients

  • 300 g Beef, cubed
  • 20 ml Coconut oil
  • 5 g Curry leaves
  • 10 g Ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds

Cooking Steps

Pressure cook beef with salt, turmeric, and 50 ml water for 10 minutes.

Heat coconut oil in a pan, sauté ginger-garlic and curry leaves.

Add cooked beef, pepper, and fennel; roast until dark brown and dry.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Hard-boiled eggs
  • 100 g Sliced shallots
  • 50 g Tomato, chopped
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp Garam masala
  • 15 ml Coconut oil

Cooking Steps

Sauté shallots in coconut oil until golden.

Add tomatoes, chili powder, and masala; cook until oil separates.
