Kothamalli Thokku (Coriander Pesto Curry)
Ingredients
- • 200 g (2 bunches) Fresh Coriander
- • 50 g (4 pods) Garlic
- • 1 tsp (2 small) Green Chilies
- • 30 ml (2 tbsp) Tamarind Extract
- • 30 ml (2 tbsp) Gingelly Oil
- • 5 g (1 tsp) Mustard Seeds
Cooking Steps

Blend coriander, garlic, chilies, and tamarind into coarse paste.

Heat oil in pan, temper mustard seeds.

Add paste and sauté until oil separates.
