Kothamalli Sadam (Coriander Rice)

Ingredients

  • 400 g Basmati Rice
  • 100 g Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • 20 ml Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp Green Chilies

Cooking Steps

Pressure cook rice with 800 ml water.

Blend coriander and chilies into smooth paste.

Heat oil, temper mustard seeds, add paste.

Fold cooked rice into aromatic green mixture.
