Ingredients
- • 400 g Basmati Rice
- • 100 g Fresh Coriander Leaves
- • 20 ml Sesame Oil
- • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- • 1 tsp Green Chilies
Cooking Steps

Pressure cook rice with 800 ml water.

Blend coriander and chilies into smooth paste.

Heat oil, temper mustard seeds, add paste.
