Kori Gassi Style Mushroom Kalan Curry
Ingredients
- • 400 g Button Mushrooms
- • 100 g Freshly Grated Coconut
- • 10 g Tamarind
- • 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilies
- • 5 g Coriander Seeds
- • 20 ml Coconut Oil
- • 200 ml Water
Cooking Steps

Toast coconut, chilies, and coriander seeds until fragrant.

Blend toasted mixture with tamarind and water into smooth paste.

Sauté mushrooms in coconut oil until brown.

Add ground paste to mushrooms.
