Ingredients
- • 300 g Chicken thighs cubed
- • 100 ml Fresh coconut milk
- • 10 g Tamarind paste
- • 1 tsp Byadgi chili powder
- • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- • 10 g Coconut oil
Cooking Steps

Sauté aromatics in coconut oil.

Add chicken and cook until opaque.

Stir in chili, turmeric, and tamarind.

Pour coconut milk and simmer until thickened.

Ingredients
- • 250 g Chicken breast
- • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- • 2 sprigs Fresh curry leaves
- • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- • 1 pinch Salt
Cooking Steps

Temper mustard seeds and curry leaves.
