Kori Gassi (Mangalorean Chicken Curry)

Ingredients

  • 400 g Chicken
  • 50 ml Coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind paste
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 10 g Curry leaves

Cooking Steps

Sauté mustard seeds and curry leaves in hot oil.

Add chicken, sear until white.

Stir in tamarind and coconut milk.
