Kodava Pandi-Style Mushroom Sukka

Ingredients

  • 400 g Button Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Kachampuli vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 5 g Curry leaves

Cooking Steps

Roughly chop mushrooms into halves.

Toast cumin and grind to coarse powder.

Sauté curry leaves in pressure cooker.

Add mushrooms and vinegar.

Pressure cook for one whistle.

Stir in spice powder until dry.
