Ingredients
- • 400 g Button Mushrooms
- • 2 tbsp Kachampuli vinegar
- • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- • 5 g Curry leaves
Cooking Steps

Roughly chop mushrooms into halves.

Toast cumin and grind to coarse powder.

Sauté curry leaves in pressure cooker.
