Kerala-Style Olan (Ash Gourd and Black-Eyed Peas)
Ingredients
- • 250 g Ash Gourd
- • 50 g Boiled Black-eyed Peas
- • 200 ml Coconut Milk
- • 10 ml Coconut Oil
- • 3 Green Chillies
- • 1 pinch Curry leaves
Cooking Steps

Boil ash gourd and chillies in 100 ml water until soft.

Add cooked peas and coconut milk.

Simmer for 2 minutes without boiling.

Drizzle coconut oil and garnish with curry leaves.
