Kerala-Style Olan (Ash Gourd and Black-Eyed Peas)

Ingredients

  • 250 g Ash Gourd
  • 50 g Boiled Black-eyed Peas
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk
  • 10 ml Coconut Oil
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 1 pinch Curry leaves

Cooking Steps

Boil ash gourd and chillies in 100 ml water until soft.

Add cooked peas and coconut milk.

Simmer for 2 minutes without boiling.

Drizzle coconut oil and garnish with curry leaves.
