Ingredients
- • 200 g Hard-boiled eggs
- • 100 g Sliced onions
- • 50 g Tomato slices
- • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
- • 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
- • 0.5 tsp Garam masala
- • 15 ml Coconut oil
Cooking Steps

Sauté onions in oil until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes, cook until soft.

Add dry spices, cook for 2 minutes.

Add halved eggs and toss gently until coated.

Ingredients
- • 250 g Chicken breast cubed
- • 1 tbsp Ground coriander
- • 1 tsp Cumin powder
- • 1 tsp Fennel seeds
- • 20 ml Oil
- • 5 g Fresh coriander leaves
Cooking Steps
