Kerala Style Egg Roast

Ingredients

  • 200 g Hard-boiled eggs
  • 100 g Sliced onions
  • 50 g Tomato slices
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp Garam masala
  • 15 ml Coconut oil

Cooking Steps

Sauté onions in oil until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes, cook until soft.

Add dry spices, cook for 2 minutes.

Add halved eggs and toss gently until coated.

  • 250 g Chicken breast cubed
  • 1 tbsp Ground coriander
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  • 20 ml Oil
  • 5 g Fresh coriander leaves
