Kerala Style Chicken Stew

Ingredients

  • 400 g Chicken pieces
  • 200 ml Coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 50 g Sliced onions
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 100 g Potato cubes

Cooking Steps

Heat oil in pressure cooker, sauté onions, ginger-garlic, and curry leaves.

Add chicken and potatoes, sauté for 3 minutes.

Add 100 ml water, close lid and pressure cook for 2 whistles.

Release steam, pour in coconut milk and pepper, simmer for 3 minutes without boiling, and serve.
