  • 150 g Pre-cooked basmati rice
  • 50 g Finely chopped carrots
  • 50 g Finely chopped beans
  • 10 ml Ghee
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Cooking Steps

Heat ghee in a pressure cooker.

Add cumin seeds and sizzle briefly.

Add vegetables and stir-fry for two minutes.

  • 200 g Crumbled paneer

  • 10 ml Ghee
