Ingredients
- • 400 g Paneer cubes
- • 200 ml Yogurt
- • 1 tsp Fennel powder
- • 1 tsp Dry ginger powder
- • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
- • 2 tbsp Mustard oil
Cooking Steps

Lightly fry paneer in oil.

Whisk yogurt with spices in a bowl.

Pour yogurt into pressure cooker, simmer until bubbly.

Add paneer, cover lid, cook for 1 whistle.

Punjabi Tadka Dal
Ingredients
- • 200 g Yellow Moong Dal
- • 2 tsp Cumin seeds
- • 1 tbsp Ghee
- • 1 tsp Lemon juice
- • 400 ml Water
Cooking Steps

Pressure cook dal with water, turmeric, and salt for 3 whistles.

Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin and ginger.

Pour tadka over dal, finish with lemon juice.
