Kashmiri Nadru Yakhni

Ingredients

  • 200 g Lotus stem
  • 200 ml Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Fennel powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger powder

Cooking Steps

Pressure cook sliced lotus stem with water until soft.

Whisk yogurt with spices and simmer until thickened.
