Kashmiri Nadru Yakhni

Ingredients

  • 300 g (2 roots) Lotus Stem
  • 250 ml (1 cup) Yogurt
  • 0.5 tsp Fennel powder
  • 0.5 tsp Dry ginger powder
  • 10 ml (2 tbsp) Mustard oil

Cooking Steps

Slice lotus stem into thin rounds.

Pressure cook stem with water for 10 minutes.

Whisk yogurt with spices in a bowl.

Heat oil in pan.

Add yogurt mix and lotus stem.

Simmer until gravy thickens.
