Kashmiri Nadru Yakhni
Ingredients
- • 300 g (2 roots) Lotus Stem
- • 250 ml (1 cup) Yogurt
- • 0.5 tsp Fennel powder
- • 0.5 tsp Dry ginger powder
- • 10 ml (2 tbsp) Mustard oil
Cooking Steps

Slice lotus stem into thin rounds.

Pressure cook stem with water for 10 minutes.

Whisk yogurt with spices in a bowl.

Heat oil in pan.

Add yogurt mix and lotus stem.

Simmer until gravy thickens.
