Kashmiri Nadru Yakhni
Ingredients
- • 400 g (2 stalks) Lotus Stem, sliced
- • 250 ml (1 cup) Whisked Yogurt
- • 1 tsp Fennel powder
- • 0.5 tsp Ginger powder
- • 200 ml (0.8 cup) Water
- • 1 tsp Salt
Cooking Steps

Pressure cook sliced lotus stems with water and salt for 10 minutes.

Whisk yogurt with fennel and ginger powder in a blender.

Simmer cooked lotus stems with yogurt mixture for 10 minutes until thickened.
