Ingredients
- • 500 g baby potatoes
- • 100 ml yogurt
- • 1 tbsp fennel powder
- • 1 tsp dry ginger powder
- • 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
- • 2 tbsp mustard oil

Prick boiled potatoes and fry in mustard oil using pressure cooker until golden.

Ingredients
- • 250 g crumbled paneer
- • 1 chopped onion
- • 1 chopped tomato
- • 1 tsp turmeric
- • 1 tsp cumin seeds
- • 1 tbsp butter
