Ingredients

  • 500 g baby potatoes
  • 100 ml yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fennel powder
  • 1 tsp dry ginger powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil

Cooking Steps

Prick boiled potatoes and fry in mustard oil using pressure cooker until golden.

Whisk yogurt with spices and pour over potatoes.

Simmer for 10 minutes with closed lid to build tanginess.

Paneer Bhurji (Punjabi Style)

Ingredients

  • 250 g crumbled paneer
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp butter

Cooking Steps
