Karnataka Mavinakayi Gojju (Tangy Raw Mango Curry)

Ingredients

  • 200 g grated raw mango
  • 1 tbsp jaggery
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 2 dried red chillies
  • 100 ml water

Cooking Steps

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and dried chillies.

Add grated mango and sauté for 5 minutes.

Add turmeric, jaggery, and water; simmer until mango softens.

Blend briefly for consistency and serve.

Ingredients

  • 300 g mutton mince
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper powder

Cooking Steps

Pressure cook mutton with ginger-garlic paste and salt for 3 whistles.
