Karnataka Mavinakayi Gojju (Tangy Raw Mango Curry)
Ingredients
- • 200 g grated raw mango
- • 1 tbsp jaggery
- • 0.5 tsp turmeric powder
- • 1 tsp mustard seeds
- • 2 dried red chillies
- • 100 ml water
Cooking Steps

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and dried chillies.

Add grated mango and sauté for 5 minutes.

Add turmeric, jaggery, and water; simmer until mango softens.

Ingredients
- • 300 g mutton mince
- • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- • 1 tsp fennel seeds
- • 1 tsp coriander powder
- • 0.5 tsp black pepper powder
