Jharkhandi Dehati Aloo Dum

Ingredients

  • 400 g baby potatoes
  • 50 ml mustard oil
  • 10 g ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 10 g cumin powder
  • 100 ml tomato puree
  • 1 tsp salt

Cooking Steps

Boil potatoes in pressure cooker for 3 minutes.

Heat mustard oil, sauté paste, spices, and tomato puree.

Add potatoes and 100 ml water. Simmer until thick.

Ingredients

  • 300 g paneer cubes
  • 50 g sattu (roasted gram flour)
  • 10 g pickle masala
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 5 g carom seeds
  • 20 ml vegetable oil

Cooking Steps

Whisk sattu, pickle masala, carom seeds, and lemon juice.
