Ingredients
- • 150 g Toor dal
- • 20 g Jaggery
- • 5 g Tamarind paste
- • 2 g Mustard seeds
- • 1 g Asafoetida
- • 5 ml Oil
Cooking Steps

Pressure cook dal with water until soft.

In a pot, heat oil, add mustard seeds and asafoetida.

Add cooked dal, jaggery, and tamarind paste.

Simmer for 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- • 300 g Kingfish steaks
- • 30 g Recheado masala paste
- • 10 ml Vinegar
- • 15 g Semolina
- • 15 ml Oil
Cooking Steps

Marinate fish with masala and vinegar for 10 mins.

Coat lightly in semolina.
