Goan Raw Mango Prawn Curry

Ingredients

  • 250 g Prawns
  • 100 g grated coconut
  • 50 g raw mango, diced
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
  • 100 ml water

Cooking Steps

Blend coconut, spices, and water into a smooth paste.

In a pressure cooker, add the paste and raw mango chunks, cook for 1 whistle.

Add prawns to the curry, simmer on stove for 3-5 mins until cooked.

Ingredients

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, halved
  • 2 tbsp Goan Recheado masala
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Cooking Steps

Spread Recheado masala generously over the egg halves.
