Goan Raw Mango Prawn Curry
Ingredients
- • 250 g Prawns
- • 100 g grated coconut
- • 50 g raw mango, diced
- • 1 tsp turmeric powder
- • 2 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
- • 100 ml water
Cooking Steps

Blend coconut, spices, and water into a smooth paste.

In a pressure cooker, add the paste and raw mango chunks, cook for 1 whistle.

Add prawns to the curry, simmer on stove for 3-5 mins until cooked.

Ingredients
- • 4 hard-boiled eggs, halved
- • 2 tbsp Goan Recheado masala
- • 1 tbsp coconut oil
