Goan Raw Mango Prawn Curry

Ingredients

  • 300 g Prawns
  • 100 g Raw mango chunks
  • 200 ml Coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil

Cooking Steps

Sauté raw mango and spices in coconut oil using the pressure cooker.

Add prawns and cook for 2 whistles.

Stir in coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes.

Maharashtrian Kanda-Prawn Sukka

Ingredients

  • 200 g Prawns
  • 100 g Sliced onions
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard seeds

Cooking Steps

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and onions.

Add prawns and garam masala.

Stir-fry on high heat until dry and cooked through.
