Goan Kismur Style Raw Banana Moilee

Ingredients

  • 400 g raw banana, cubed
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 5 g mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp green chili paste
  • 10 ml coconut oil

Cooking Steps

Pressure cook banana cubes with 100 ml water for one whistle.

Heat oil, crackle mustard seeds, add chili and turmeric.

Stir in coconut milk, add cooked bananas, simmer until thickened.

Ingredients

  • 200 g chickpea flour
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 5 g cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 15 ml oil
  • 300 ml water

Cooking Steps

Knead flour with oil and water, roll into cylinders.
