Georgian Kharcho with Beef and Tkemali
Ingredients
- • 500 g Beef chuck
- • 100 g (2 medium) Onions
- • 50 ml (3 tbsp) Tkemali plum sauce
- • 15 g (1 tbsp) Garlic
- • 10 g (1 tbsp) Khmeli Suneli spice mix
- • 500 ml (2 cups) Beef broth
Cooking Steps

Sauté diced onions in pressure cooker until golden.

Add cubed beef and brown on all sides.
