Georgian Kharcho with Beef and Tkemali

Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef chuck
  • 100 g (2 medium) Onions
  • 50 ml (3 tbsp) Tkemali plum sauce
  • 15 g (1 tbsp) Garlic
  • 10 g (1 tbsp) Khmeli Suneli spice mix
  • 500 ml (2 cups) Beef broth

Cooking Steps

Sauté diced onions in pressure cooker until golden.

Add cubed beef and brown on all sides.

Stir in spices and garlic.

Pour in broth and plum sauce.
