Ethiopian Misir Wot (Red Lentil Stew)
Ingredients
- • 250 g Red Lentils
- • 30 ml Oil
- • 150 g (2 medium) Red Onion
- • 30 g (2 tbsp) Berbere Spice
- • 500 ml Water
Cooking Steps

Sauté finely minced onions in oil until caramelized.

Stir in berbere spice and cook for two minutes.

Add lentils and water into pressure cooker.

Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.

Release steam and stir until desired consistency.
